Inspired by an art therapy technique I learned at an adult summer camp. I took the steps of this therapeutic process apart and rearranged them in a way that felt truer to myself and was easy to tweak/experiment with as I became familiar with it. These pieces comes from a place of authenticity, play, love, and self discovery.
